TEKsystems Service Desk Technician in Redmond, Washington
Our client is looking to bring on a Service Desk agent for a 12 month contract. They will be handling an accrued backlog with a variety of different issues that this individual will be focusing on. They will come in working as an End User Support Tech meaning that they'll handle customer issues in person, via phone, via email, etc. They need to have had previous experience within complex troubleshooting of hardware and software issues related to Windows 7, MS Office, etc. Experience supporting Active Directory in the cloud is also required.
The shift will start 8am-5pm and will then can start between 6am-9am once the person is ramped up. It is dependent on where they need coverage.
The manager likes resumes with stability and candidates who are comfortable/prefer help desk over hands-on desktop support work.
