The CO+I Engineering team (CO+IE) delivers services, applications, and automation supporting datacenter planning, construction, and operation. CO+IE Shared Services team is focused on delivering cutting edge technology solutions to support data center lifecycle. Our team drives delivery horizontal solutions that serve as a platform on which other teams build on.

We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help drive implementation of End to End (E2E) Audit Magement solution, manage realted project dependnacies, and oversee the successful delivery of programs. You will also  work closely with the Business, Engineering teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement innovative technologies.

Responsibilities

  • You will manage and oversee the End to End Audit software solution delivery, ensuring project tasks are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • You will develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring they are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

  • You will be a key technical member of the team responsible for driving design discussions and enabling Eng teams to deliver best in class software solutions.

  • You will communicate and iterate on plans upwards and outwards to key partners and executives across the company. 

  • You will drive prioritization across several scenarios and features and plan out delivery timelines that meet the business objectives.

  • Influences the cross org/teams to create clarity on vision, strategies and business outcomes that contributes to Org strategy and mission

  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders, translating technical complexities into understandable terms facilitating clear communication and decision-making.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis,  product development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years of project management experience, with a focus on delivering scalable innovative solutions

  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred/Additional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders/cross org leaders. 

  • Ability to identify opportunities to leverage new technologies and develop strategies to achieve business goals.

  • Ability to motivate a team by creating clarity and driving execution.

  • Passion and the ability to achieve results, tackle ambiguity, match a fast pace of delivery with minimal supervision and prioritize workloads effectively.

  • Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (D365) platform functionalities and capabilities is advantageous.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
