What you will do
In partnership with the EU MDR Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team in the product remediation of Class I/II/III medical devices and accessories to conform to EU MDR regulations. This critical, high visibility project provides the opportunity to collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization to ensure continued supply of life saving medical devices into the European Union. Through analysis of complex and dynamic information, you will set the direction for the team, gaining alignment on project schedules and resources against competing and shifting priorities. Utilizing your expertise in project and program management principles, methods and techniques, you will be responsible to monitor, track and control project outcomes, identifying and resolving risks, dependencies and critical path deliverables to ensure overall success of the program.
What you need
Bachelor's Degree (emphasis in management or related discipline preferred) or equivalent.
10+ years experience; project management experience in at least one discipline (Finance, Procurement, IS, R&D, Operations, etc.) preferred.
Experience in Medical Device or other regulated industry, preferred.
Master's Degree or equivalent, preferred.
PMP certification or equivalent (i.e. MSP), preferred.
Work From Home: Occasional
Travel Percentage: 10%
