Microsoft Corporation Senior Program Manager in Redmond, Washington
The Xbox Cloud Gaming team is looking for an experienced Program Manager with a track record of data synthesis and storytelling. This role will partner with engineers, PMs and data scientists to turn our data into actionable learnings for the product.

Design analytical approach, and deliver findings using data, visualizations, and effective storytelling techniques.
Translate findings into succinct, actionable business insights, often in coordination with partners who help you tell a holistic story.
Understand business performance (trends, funnels) as well as answer product and business questions to drive product and marketing actions
Design and implement controlled experimentation to test customer response to product features
Effectively contract and communicate with customers, partners, and co-workers to define deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
Gather and provide requirements for dashboards and business insights to democratize product insights across the gaming organization
Partner across teams (Data Science, Data Platform, Engineering) to define, document and deliver quality measurements and product success metrics. Identify targets and ensure metrics are reported and available in dashboards with progress to target; to also include metric documentation and change management
Contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture that values customer passion, continuous improvement and innovation.
5+ years of demonstrated software product management with experience designing and running experiments and A/B testing
Master’s degree in quantitative field, or equivalent of work experience
3+ years of experience leading agile process and proven success in shipping at high cadence
Outstanding cross-group collaboration skills ability to drive results across multiple organizations
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check every two years.
Experience with big data and reporting stacks
Experience designing / operating online services including defining and improving operational / business metrics
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
