We are looking for a Sr. Product Manager to lead efforts to refine and improve the docs.microsoft.com site and technical documentation experiences. You will research customer needs, partner with stakeholders cross the company to define the requirements, work with designers and developers to create and test solutions, and dig into the data to establish KPIs that will track success of new and improved experiences. Docs is core to enabling every Microsoft product and service success and this role is at the center of defining the Docs experience.

Drive full rollout of complicated features that require changes across millions of pages ofcontent
Exchange ideas, data and feedbackacross the organization to promote the value of cross-organizationalpartnership
4+ years working on user experienceforweb
4+ years of program or product management experience
Strong customer focus and passion for doing what's right for thecustomer
Excellent problem-solving, strategic and creative thinking, commands the respect of developers anddesigners
Great cross-group collaboration skills
Experience working remote (if not located in Seattle)
Strong written/verbal communication skills, authors compelling documents that drive clarity and plans ofaction
Self-driven and able to work with minimaldirection
Experience with a data-driven mindset and ability to experiment, learn, andimprove
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
