Microsoft Corporation Senior Program Manager in Redmond, Washington

Are you an experienced Program Manager looking for an opportunity to join one of the fastest growing solutions in M365? Does the prospect of building critical cloud services that offer immense value excite you? The mission of the eDiscovery team is to help customers find the information they need when they need it most. We are seeking a Senior Program Manager who can help define and drive this important charter.

The right person will be passionate about delivering intuitive solutions to complex problems. There will be near term (tactical) and long term (strategic) elements, including collaborating with partner teams to deliver key investments to make cloud migration safer.


Success will come from developing product strategies that meet market needs to assure continuous market share gain and relevance in the analytics and review markets. You will develop and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in engineering, marketing, finance, support, field, and customer advisory boards. Your positive outlook and commitment to collaborating with a strong team of PMs will help build the inclusive culture needed to succeed in this highly competitive market.


  • 6+ years of experience in technical Product Management/Program Management

  • Proven track record in shipping cloud scale services

  • Experience with eDiscovery software and services

  • Advanced technical problem-solving skills

  • Experience leading new product specifications (Market Requirements Documents), competitive intelligence and engagement of necessary cross-functional resources

  • Coordinates well with multiple partners in different time zones

  • Interact with multiple engineering teams for project requirements and provide scope and focus in a milestone

  • Demonstrated collaboration skills that require influencing peers and leaders to embrace best practices and align to engineering goals
