Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly-motivated Sr. Program Manager to help us continue to develop the product strategy and roadmap. We have an incredible opportunity here to strengthen our value prop by extending cross-platform, acquire more families into our ecosystem and deepen their engagement. The PM in this role will be responsible to drive research, define & measure KPIs, identify the right features, deliver differentiating customer experiences and partner with various disciplines across the company to integrate them in ways our customers will fall in love with. Candidates for this position can optimize for business, experience and technical goals, love great UI and have experience executing on large UX and technical investments that can span multiple divisions, driving several teams towards common milestones. Qualifications

*5+ years PM experience with strong focus on UI/UX

*BA/BS in Computer Science, HCI design or equivalent work experience

*Ability to deal with ambiguity, prioritize multiple strategic and tactical options, and triage issues

*Excellent written & oral communication, problem solving, and project management skills

*Ability to work independently and drive issues to closure

*Ability to motivate and energize the very best software engineers and designers as well as gaining their respect
