Microsoft Corporation Senior Program Manager in Redmond, Washington
We see competition escalating in the consumer space and families, in particular, are viewed as a highly valuable consumer segment in the industry considering the unique opportunity they present to any ecosystem: the multiplier effect that comes from acquiring multiple customers at once through a family creation, the high monetization potential with the family audience, and ability to retain long term across the ecosystem. We aim to position Microsoft as the best ecosystem for families to learn, explore and create moments of connection in a fun and safe environment. Our value prop covers three main pillars designed to address family needs and how they manifest in technology: within ‘Peace of mind’, we focus on digital safety to empower kids to explore, play, socialize, learn and overall build healthy digital habits, within ‘Store value’, we want to position the Microsoft Store as the best commerce platform for families, and within ‘Do Great Things Together’, we want to leverage our valuable assets across the company and elevate the experience for families in our products and services and through a cohesive end-to-end experience that empowers families to achieve more and celebrate family moments.
We are looking for a highly-motivated Sr. Program Manager to help us continue to develop the product strategy and roadmap.
