Microsoft Corporation Senior Program Manager in Redmond, Washington

Customer Success Engineering (CSE) mission is to ensure customers can globally adopt, succeed, and scale with M365. The Global team within CSE is forming a new effort to enable new consumption-based experiences across E+D for our M365 customers. This team is on the forefront, leading and orchestrating efforts across Microsoft to unlock new M365 revenue models and value add experiences for our M365 customers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to exercise an entrepreneurial mindset, identifying new value add or upsell offerings in the M365 consumption space that align to our SMB and/or emerging market customer needs. This will require not only deep understanding of the M365 product portfolio as well as the ability to identify and articulate our customer needs and aspirations. You will look across the entire M365 consumption-based landscape and ensure that we have a cohesive and compelling experience for our customers.


  • Identify new and innovative product development opportunities that align with the capabilities of our organization and the needs of our customers

  • Craft product requirements and designs to help shape and capture new areas of impact

  • Lead product development efforts from an idea to production, collaborating closely with engineering and business teams across Microsoft

  • Advocate for our customers and their M365 pay as you go success from an engineering perspective.


  • 5+ Years in a Program or Product Management role

  • Product GTM experience with customer facing features/products

  • Ability to identify technical needs and gaps and clearly articulate and prioritize for program stakeholders

  • Strong written and verbal skills

  • Comfortable communicating with customers, partners, and engineering

  • Excels at influencing without authority

  • Comfortable in an ambiguous setting

  • Highly collaborative, pro-active, and subscribes to the growth mindset philosophy

  • In depth knowledge of M365

  • Proven experience designing software features, systems, or components
