What you will do-

As the Senior Manager, Supply Planning you will be accountable for the overall supply plan quality signal for multiple sites in the franchise. You will ensure the internal and external supply network can deliver on short-term operational and long-range financial planning targets. You will be the conduit and key point of orchestration between commercial and operational stakeholders. You will drive business transformation through deployment and process optimization in the areas of master resource planning, capacity planning, inventory planning, and ERP. You will serve as a proactive change agent and talent ambassador with people management accountability. This is a hybrid role. We are seeking a candidate in the Redmond, WA or surrounding area. The employee is expected to be physically present at the Redmond Stryker location on a weekly basis but has the flexibility to work from home.

  • Ensure the supply plan is financially reconciled and that the implications are understood by the plant and franchise leadership teams with regard to operational targets and budgets

  • Own the Site Supply Review and provide input into franchise Executive Supply Review by communicating the capability of the plant to meet the latest demand signal and any implications

  • Ensure operational leadership are being provided with the right insight to plan future capital investment regarding long-term capacity planning and identifying cost and cash improvement

  • Ensure that production and procurement call offs are in line with supply plan and any deviation is measured and monitored to drive a balanced scorecard

  • Knowledge center in supporting proactive communication of supply risks and mitigation of backorder and backlog issues to include both production in house and 3rd party purchasing

  • Management of people resources across multiple sites to ensure that they are developed, coached and capable of performing the role designated including performance management

  • Ensure that KPIs are tracked, communicated, and corrective actions taken when deviating and reported back to leadership in time.

  • KPIs: Supply Plan Attainment, Backorder, Backlog, Lead Time, Safety Stock Heath, Capacity Utilization, and Plant Operational Cost targets

What you need-

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management/Business/Engineering or related, required

  • 10+ years applicable experience required, of which 5 years in Production Planning /Engineering /Purchasing roles and 5 years of People management experience of leading a group or team

  • Demonstrated knowledge of S&OP and IBP processes and the role of supply planning with the overall process, required

  • Experience in the med tech industry and manufacturing sector with combined E2E supply chain experience in multinational/global environment “preferred”

  • Manufacturing site leadership or franchise leadership team experience “preferred”

  • MBA or a Master's in Supply Chain Management or related discipline “preferred”

$109,500 Min - $232,900 Max salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
