ManpowerGroup Senior Azure Technical Support Engineer in Redmond, Washington

Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team. As a Support Engineer, you will be part of the technical support team, focusing on enhancing customer experiences and resolving complex issues. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Senior Azure Technical Support Engineer

18 month contract

100% Remote must work PST hours

$50 - $52/hour + Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K saving options, PTO & weekly pay

What's the Job?

  • Quickly identify customer issues related to Azure Services or the Azure Platform.

  • Assist in solving technically complex, strategic, or long-running support cases.

  • Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues using best practices.

  • Advise and partner with supportability program management on case deflection initiatives.

  • Build relationships and trust with internal support, account teams, and customers.

What's Needed?

  • 10 years of experience in a technical support role.

  • Proven advanced technical troubleshooting skills across multiple technology areas.

  • Experience with Azure VM, Azure AKS, Networking, or Windows.

  • Strong understanding of container technology and fluency in Kubernetes.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex issues.
