Job Title: Security Command Center Operator - FLEX

Job Description

As a Security Command Center Operator, your primary responsibilities include monitoring the Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) system for alerts, alarms, and other events. You will respond to these events based on established Standard Operating Procedures or policies, and coordinate law enforcement response to security incidents. Your role is crucial in making notifications to various internal and external groups, operating CCTV cameras, managing access through assigned systems, and serving as the central point of contact for the security team. Additionally, you will manage visitor check-ins, maintain logs, reports, and documents, report any security equipment issues, and assist both internal and external customers with their queries. This role requires attendance at training sessions, staff meetings, and completing self-guided training to uphold company and professional standards.

Essential Skills

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Redmond, Washington.

Work Environment

This is a part-time Flex Shift role averaging 20-25 hours per week, including days, nights, and weekends depending on availability. The role is 100% onsite with no remote work option, located at SE Center St, Snoqualmie, WA. The environment is team-oriented with free parking and accessible snacks. The initial training involves two weeks, with the first week being classroom style and the second week On-The-Job training, likely during graveyard hours. Operators are required to dress in business casual attire, with specifics outlined in the dress code.
