**Minimum Requirements:

  • Experiences and Skills in protein purification involving Chromatography and use of AKTA.

``` - Upstream and downstream related technics including recombinant protein expression, cell harvest, column packing, optimizing purification condition, ultra-filtration, SDS-PAGE analysis, western blot, etc. - Knowledge and skills in analytical characterization of biomolecular conjugates using HPLC, LC-MS, SEC-MALLS etc. - Work independently or in a team to perform, troubleshoot, evaluate, and propose experiments. - Incumbent is establishing distinguishing technical expertise; has broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of field of specialization. - Direction received: Assigned work under general guidance; receives instruction on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions. Assistance is furnished on unusual problems, and work is reviewed for application of sound professional judgment.
