Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Develop account strategy and negotiation, promote commercial solutions, and improve customer satisfaction. Research market conditions in local, regional, or national areas, or gather information to determine potential sales of Microsoft technologies or services. Evaluate consumer trends, competitor information, prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Optimize opportunities that align with sales or return-on-investment ("ROI") goals. Create business value propositions based on "the voice of the customer" that drive long-term value creation. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop strategies that increase revenue. Promote a compliant and profitable digital transformation that strengthens the consumer relationship, maximizes portfolio growth, and optimizes marketing and distribution. Telecommute work permitted up to 100% from any location in mainland U.S.

Minimum Job Requirements:

 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

     

  • Experience: Five (5) years of progressive, postbaccalaureate experience in analyzing and using industry knowledge to provide strategic insights to the business.

     

  • Specific Skills: Must include 60 months of experience in Business Intelligence tools; and Quota Planning and Distribution; 48 months of experience in Optimizing Sales Operations processes; Sales Operations Planning and Execution; and Account planning; and 36 months of experience Revenue forecasting; and Financial oversight and management.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position TSKBC18347, based in Redmond, WA (but telecommuting permitted 100% from any location in the U.S.), is $150,000 to $180,000.

 

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time. 

 

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. Benefits/perks listed may vary depending on the nature of employment with Microsoft and the country work location. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
