What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a team of dispatchers who are responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete.

• Strategic coordination with dispatch and operations teams to optimize routes and schedules.

• Monitor and analyze dispatch and route performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

• Provide leadership and support to dispatch staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
