Job Description: Position Description To support the goals of finding and developing talent in the Redmond, WA location. With a primary focus on production-based positions. Key Responsibilities Support the full life cycle recruiting process end to end. Conduct in-depth intake meetings with leaders to ensure alignment on position, impact and expectations. Determine optimal job advertising mix, including job boards, careers pages and social networks Organize targeted outreach events, campus and military base recruiting, and other programs targeted at pipeline development/maintenance. Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites. Leverage technology to locate, engage, and attract prospective candidates. Assess applicant quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate. Evaluates applicants through discussing job requirements and qualifications by interviewing applicants using a consistent set of qualifications. Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications Minimum 2 years recruiting experience, from sourcing through placement Highschool diploma or GED Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to hold to a high level of confidentiality with solid ethics and integrity Ability to be onsite at our Redmond facility at least 2 days per week (hybrid okay) Preferred Qualifications Experience Workday Experience recruiting for manufacturing roles Proven ability to meet deadlines Effective experience using various Social Media sources for recruiting purposes Strong written and verbal communication skills Proven methods of organization when handling competing tasks Strong problem-solving skills Knowledge of the labor market(s) and talent pools; and industry trends Dynamic, intuitive, critical listening skills Ability to work independently and in team environment, with a commitment to collaborative work, mentoring and knowledge sharing The hourly range for this position is $34-45 , depending on experience.
