Description

We are looking for an experienced Consultant in Business Continuity Management (BCM)/Resilience to serve as a Project Manager, reporting directly to the Global Lead. This role includes collaborating with third parties for our client’s datacenter, advising on risk mitigations, standardizing resilience programs, ensuring data accuracy, supplier engagement, process automation, and communications. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who can conduct audits, advise on deficiencies and mitigation plans, and create templates and checklists. Strong communication and detail orientation are desired as the role links to an integrated risk register used by the datacenter business.

Responsibilities:

• Document, develop and manage the Business Resilience Program (BRP) exercises in the Resilience Validation Program.

• Lead discussions on supply chain assessments, update supplier information, develop Third-Party Resilience (TPR) program charter, standards, and strategy.

• Monitor potentially disruptive events via the Resilinc SaaS tool to manage supply chain impacts.

• Create and edit resilience and visibility questionnaires for suppliers.

• Provide introductory training to new category managers and grant them access to the Resilinc application.

• Support in business continuity plans development for equipment and service suppliers.

• Participate in the planning and launching of a training initiative for stakeholders and vendors.

• Develop comprehensive supplier scoring, internal response playbooks, and system data integration.

  Requirements

• Experience in Business Continuity Management and Resilience strongly preferred.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Excellent communication skills both verbal & written.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong understanding of data centers and their operations.

• Familiarity with Resilinc or other related SaaS tools.

• Proven track record in supplier engagement and process automation.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
