Description We are offering an opportunity for a meticulous and organized Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team located in Redmond, Washington. The primary industry for this role is manufacturing and engineering. This role focuses on managing multiple engineering projects, evaluating changes that impact project scopes, budgets, or timelines, and maintaining relationships with external contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple engineering projects, prioritizing tasks and assigning team members effectively to ensure resource utilization and adherence to project deadlines.

• Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.

• Oversee engineering projects, monitoring progress and performance against the project plan.

• Identify and resolve operational problems, minimizing any delays in project timelines.

• Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors to ensure satisfactory standards of service.

• Apply professional knowledge gained through substantial applicable work experience to resolve issues as they arrive.

• Pay attention to detail in making evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information.

• Supervise budget processes and handle payroll related matters.

• Apply principles and concepts of your technical discipline in resolving issues.

• Manage QA processes to ensure the quality of the project deliverables. Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in Planning and Supervising projects in the Engineering and Manufacturing sectors, within a regulated industry.

• Proven ability to drive project Progress and adhere to the established Timeline.

• Experience in resolving issues and reaching Agreement with Third Parties.

• Strong understanding of Principles related to Technical Discipline and QA Management.

• Ability to manage Contractual obligations and responsibilities.

• PMP Certification is a plus.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the location of the job without sponsorship.
