Beyondsoft is seeking a Project Manager for a contract position with one of our leading clients in Redmond, WA focused on high-level security customer support. This role will work directly with support groups and cloud secruity teams.
Running the rhythm of the business for security customer support from sending weekly status reports to preparing monthly executive reviews, and following up in between with a large number of partner teams around execution
Help with managing partner teams doing reviews and looking at their performance.
Responsible for several regular reports and some work in Kusto query language.
Conduct biweekly meetings with the groups, keeping those on track and recordings
Work interactively with support agents and PMs and data engineers
8+ years of Project Management experience
Ability to execute projects independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Prior large software company support experience, engineering knowledge, and ability to work independently
