ManpowerGroup Project Manager Tech 4 in Redmond, Washington

Our Fortune 500 client, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. The M365 Growth + Incubation Quick to Market (QTM) team seeks to engage a program manager (PM) to help manage new partner programs and engage across numerous teams. The QTM team works with engineering sponsors to design, build and operate new partner programs or incentives prior to moving to scale.

Job Title: Project Manager Tech 4

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr

Responsibilities include:

o Consult with business sponsors to determine goals and requirements and manage the process to stand up and launch the program or incentive.

o Project manage new program design, implementation and launch activities across the program team, development teams and program sponsor organizations.

o Transition new programs to “run state” successfully managing into stable Operations phase.

o Manage QTM programs through shutdown as needed, supporting all aspects of program activities.

• Preferred Qualifications:

o Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO), Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI

o Knowledge of the FastTrack program, FastTrack approach and able to articulate the value of FastTrack.

o 7+ years of working directly with Microsoft Partners in the delivery of Microsoft cloud services.

o PMP or similar project management certification
