Top Skills: * Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. * Minimum 2-4 years' experience with proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office) tools and applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint * Minimum 2-4 years' experience with strong communications skills, written and spoken * Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Project Management, planning and organizational skills are critical Job Description: Summary: CSO Windows Consumer Category Management | Partner & Community Overview of role This role supports the Windows Consumer Category Partner and Community teams across high-impact, multifaceted deliverables. The Windows Consumer Category Partner and Community teams are responsible for positioning Windows as a trusted advisor and collaborating with regional teams and retail partners on Windows strategy through long lead planning, product advocacy, and cross-category alignment. In the Consumer Sales Organization (CSO), our purpose is to create value with our partners, to market and sell innovative consumer solutions powered by Windows, M365, Surface, and Xbox. We're positioned right at the intersection of customers, hardware partners, and channel partners. Our team works with ecosystem partners and internal business groups to drive executional excellence. Together, we win by delivering compelling at-home and on-the-go experiences combining intelligent edge devices and services that create client fans for life. Deliverables Windows Product Feature Updates (Quarterly): * Logistics and planning across Product Marketing Group (update tracking / information availability), Channel Marketing (assets and marketing guidance) and Category (communications to regions) * Content acquisition and ongoing updates for retail pitch decks * Consolidate feedback and best practices from regions (feedback loop) Partner Meeting Support (Monthly): * Agenda alignment * Content acquisition / deck development * Logistics (scheduling partner engagements / stakeholders / presenters) Reporting / Retail Health Index (Bi-Annual): * Canvas Windows and competitor slots from top 15 retail partners * Document partner planning milestones and health indexes * Logging, documenting and sharing feedback * Other reporting and tracker support Team and Community Support (Weekly): * Triaging regional asks / questions / escalations - directing to the right stakeholders and relaying feedback * Evolve the on-boarding framework to adapt to the needs of the community and for delivering the actual on-boarding of new field community members, ensuring that they have the resources and connections they need to ramp quickly in their region. * Identify and evaluate regional best practices to share cross region and line of business. * Source content for and coordinate community engagement (newsletters, community calls) * To view the full job description,
