DescriptionGeneral Business and/or Field Office product or general business programs. This position requires interaction with internal stakeholders including customer facing teams and internal development and implementation teams. The candidate is responsible for supporting 3rd party vendor relationships to ensure that project business requirements are met. Skills: 1-2 years of project management experience, Bachelor's degree preferred. Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications, with in-depth knowledge of products/services/applications preferred. Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks, develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues. The ideal candidate will have high-powered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others. Must have excellent communication skills, experience working with external vendors, strong project management skills, and demonstrated success in adult learning and training principles/skills. Typical Day: *Will work with the GM to organize key meetings and set agendas. Some calendaring may take place/ working along side Lead admin to plan/schedule key meetings, Will work with GM to design plans, PowerPoint decks, Will help with PR budgets, Tracking and securing budgets for the gaming business, Keeping the teams documents organized to make sure team has access, Version control of documents, Planning digital offsites. *2+ years of project management experience *Must work PST time and would prefer that they are local incase they can be onsite at some point The best candidate will be SUPER organized, self-motived, Proactive, think out side the box, enjoy team collaboration, proficient in office suite with emphasis in PowerPoint. Would have experience working and managing budgets, familiar with the MSFT environment as well as have Solid history of keep teams on track and in the know.
