  • Develop, maintain, and manage program requirements, plans, timeline, issues, risks and challenges.

  • Support Managers to drive a program or projects.

  • Work closely with program/process owners, stakeholders, and business partners to identify business change and drive the consensus necessary to adopt a manageable change strategy.

  • Manage programs and projects involving multiple parties/organizations with conflicting agendas and business priorities.

  • Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes.

  • Engage with program/process owners, stakeholders and business partners as necessary to communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.

  • Years of experience required – 3-5 years of experience needs to bring some PM skills to the table.

  • Technical experience with understanding the terminology and data flow diagrams (using visio).

  • Ideally if they experience building data models and then providing suggestions about the data. Someone that is proactive, ability to work independently.

  • Degrees or certifications required – No degrees required, being PM certified would be nice to have (or equivalent experience in larger experience)

  • Disqualifiers – Someone who cannot do hands on PM work.

  • Best vs. average – BEST – Looking for a candidate with PM skills, systems thinking, and experience in a large company and is a go getter
