Program Manager BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager opportunity in Redmond, WA. Position Title: Program Manager Location: Redmond, WA Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 2 Months (Potential chances for extension) Job Type: Full time Contract Pay Range: $60 to $65 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Job Description: Title: Program Manager Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) Duration: 2 Months (Potential Chances for extension) Summary: The main function of a non-IT program manager is to coordinate Financial activities. Essential the person has prior experience with the PO tool (My Order) and process. Including familiarity with C's/CC's /IO's, Financial Modelling, Strong understanding of Financial systems and process. Able to effectively direct and coordinate. Scope 1.) Purchase Orders "a.) Coordinate with Teams on the creation, tracking and coordination of FY25 PO's thru to the RIM tool. Includes Opex and COGS; Vendor (incl OutSource) & license b.) Track closure and invoicing of FY24 PO's working with individual PO owners c.) Cross Group Coordination: Work with Admins to ensure all admins are suitably engaged and educated on PO process d.) Ensure new hierarchy is correctly utilized 2.) RIM Expense tracking and Forecasting Model a.) FY25 Loading & Reconciliation 3.) Finance Reporting a.) Reporting & coordination w. Finance to ensure all ties to targets 4.) Discretionary Opex Coordination a.) Work with individual teams to ensure plans are in place to spend & tracking provided 5.) Location: located on site Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. * Finance degree with Strong program management preferred * 5-7 years' experience required. Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 5-7 overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: Finance degree or related is preferred to be eligible for this role. * Disqualifiers: N/A * Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work - being able to stay organized and directing people efficiently.
