Program Manager BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager remote opportunity. Position Title: Program Manager Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 10 Month (Potential chances for extension) Job Type: Full time Contract Pay Range: $58to $60 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Job Description: Title: Program Manager Location: Remote (PST OR MST hours) Duration: 10 Months Summary: The main function of a non-IT project manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as marketing, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project. Job Responsibilities: Project Management * Drafts production briefs, one-off requests, and change logs of any work being produced * Partners with internal creative studio to develop project timelines, manage stakeholder reviews and drive CRISP milestone adherence * Daily management of screens and asset development coordination between teams * Assist FTE with developing and distributing field and partner ready campaign "asset BOMS" on brand integrated sites Team Operations * File management, naming, exporting assets to internal asset SharePoint. * Maintain licensed asset lifecycle inventory * Distribution and security group management * Supports management of project timelines and deliverables * Partner Support * Assist FTE with providing comprehensive and accurate responses to a diverse range of partner inquiries * Assist FTE with reviewing O&O + Retail channel creative execution FTE Support * Assist FTE in partnering with cross-functional work teams to deliver GTM plans that support seasonal campaigns and incremental marketing initiatives * Support Integrated Marketing campaign planning and research/creative testing * Collaborate with marketing analytics team to assist with campaign tracking Skills: * Verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. * Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time. * Basic knowledge of marketing, production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective production and distribution of creative assets. * Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. * Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. Education/Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. * PMI or PMP certification preferred. * 2-4 years' experience required. Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 5+ overall years of experience in the field. * Degrees or certifications required: No degree is required to be eligible for this role. A Bachelors in business administration or marketing is helpful. Some PMP certificates would be nice too see as well. * Disqualifiers: None. * Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain previous experience at a creative agency and have significant experience program managing multiple projects of varying priority.
