Program Manager BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager remote opportunity. Position Title: Program Manager Location: Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Full time Contract Pay Range: $80 to $85 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Job Description: Title: Program Manager Location: Remote (Must work PST hours) Duration: 12 Months Candidate Requirements • Years of Experience Required - 8-10 overall years of experience in the field. • Degrees or certifications required - No degree is required to be eligible for this role. • Disqualifiers - There are no specifics that would stand out as a disqualifier making a resume ineligible for the role. • Best vs. Average - The ideal resume would contain experience with facilitation - driving conversation in the right direction, clear communication, strong collaboration, and Understand criticality • Performance Indicators - Performance will be assessed based on smooth executive deployment reviews, collecting the correct data and creating and accuracy of the follow ups, strong planning skills, and meeting and targeting team SLAs. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 8 years' experience of facilitation 2. Minimum 8 years' experience with strong communication and collaboration 3. Minimum 8 years' experience with understanding criticality Responsibilities: • Track schedule of deployment reviews, prepare agenda, work with Azure Services PoCs for gathering additional details regarding deployments prior and after review. • Deployment Review meeting Facilitation, capture notes, action items and cumulative follow-up on action items • Maintain the calendar for all reviewers and facilitators, holiday planning and backups. • Provide feedback for any recommended improvements by services or respective follow-up into the program workstreams • Track and Analyze incidents on day-to-day basis for services in scope to understand any association with deployments reviewed/not reviewed and provide the updates to the team. • Point of Contact for responding queries from Services in coordination with program leads.
