ManpowerGroup Program Manager in Redmond, Washington
Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Field Insights team supporting various regions across America. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Program Manager
100% remote, 18 Month contract
Pay Range: $62 per hour
What's the Job?
Support all America regions from a Field Insights perspective, including bi-weekly rhythms with Field Leadership.
Manage CSAM triage for Premium Customers and capture MSX pipeline signals throughout the month.
Interface with the Sales Team to manage incoming demand and customer escalations.
Collaborate with Senior Leadership in the field to address capacity-related issues.
Drive critical milestones and improvements in team efficiency and customer experience.
What's Needed?
8-10 years of experience in relevant work, particularly in data analysis and CRM data management.
Proven ability to navigate and collaborate within diverse teams.
Experience presenting capacity summaries and addressing management-level issues.
Strong understanding of technical and business needs, particularly in relation to capacity.
Experience with Azure is preferred.
