Program Manager Tech 3 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Tech 3 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA-Remote! Position Title: Program Manager Tech 3 Location: Redmond, WA-Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Requirements: 1. Minimum 3+ years experience with program management experience in the software industry, preferable candidates with experience in large companies. 2. Minimum 3+ years experience with collecting data and understanding products. 3. Minimum 3+ years experience with engaging with engineers, able to use some engineering jargon. The Partner GTM, Programs, & Operations team within GPS brings together the Go-to-Market strategy, programs, and platforms to accelerate growth and improve partner experience across all partner segments. * Supports a large & complex ecosystem of partners through technology and tools designed to simplify the complexities of our global business. We do this by maintaining an obsession with experiences that can be easily understood & traversed by our partners. We need a seasoned leader capable to capable of envisioning and driving execution through ongoing delivery cycles. You will plan, prioritize, estimate, execute, launch, and deliver on a diverse technology portfolio that brings our partner & associated seller digital experiences to life. Accountabilities * Be obsessed with partner experience, partner scale program capabilities needed to manage client partner ecosystem. * Accountable to plan, prioritize business needs & drive strategic alignment to deliver MAICPP experience through engineering. * Envision and drive partner experience requirements to meet client partner program changes working with business teams & partners. * Land changes with internal stakeholders and partners. * Measure business outcomes based on partner and field feedback and adjust program execution plans as needed. * Delivery of success through collaboration, deep partnerships & influence without authority across multiple stakeholders. * Effectively communicate at all levels, from corporate VPs to partner-demonstrating impact and influence across different roles and organizations Qualifications Required Qualifications: * (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Finance or related field AND 3+ years of work experience in program management, product management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience. * Understanding of sales & go-to-market, partner ecosystem & cloud marketplaces strategy. * Experience working as a Technical Program Manager, Technical Product Manager, Business Planning or Business Strategy in technology industry. * Experience designing digital experiences at scale and working at the intersection of business strategy & engineering. * Track record of driving business/product outcomes with objectives, key results, and facts grounded in data. * Ability to translate complex business opportunities into simple, marketable, and effective solutions. * Skilled at prio
