Our client, a leader in sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a Program Manager Tech 4 to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the project management team supporting innovative energy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent project management abilities, and a solid understanding of data centers or battery technologies, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager Tech 4

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $65-$70

What's the Job?

  • Understand, communicate, and provide project information to key internal and external stakeholders.

  • Manage projects and delivery performance, focusing on tangible outcomes and high-quality deliverables.

  • Guide cross-team and third-party partnerships, influencing without authority.

  • Apply project management standards and best practices to ensure successful delivery of programs.

  • Mentor other team members, sharing your knowledge and experience.

What's Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.

  • 8 to 10 years of overall experience in project management.

  • 3+ years of program management experience.

  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written.

  • Knowledge of data centers or battery-related technologies.
