Program Manager Non Tech 4 BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Program Manager Non-Tech 4 for an opportunity in Redmond, WA- Remote! Position Title: Program Manager Non-Tech 4 Location: Redmond, WA-Remote Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 12 Months(Highly Possibility for extension) Job Type: [CONTRACT [Remote] Pay Range:[$70] - [$80] Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirement: 1. Minimum 8-10 years experience with program management, tech knowledge. 2. Minimum 8-10 years experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Planner. 3. Minimum 8-10 years experience with adaptability, ability to navigate ambiguity. Description: * The main function of a non-IT program manager focused on strategy and planning is to develop and implement a planning process that will apply across multiple teams and disciplines, including product, program management, and technical writing. The goal is to establish and run a process that drives intake and continuous planning for an organization of 500 people, aligning our investments to our organizational OKRs and KPIs. Responsibilities: Continuous Planning * Help the team implement and drive our continuous planning process for a 500-person organization. * Update and manage a unified intake process for project and initiative proposals. * Develop and maintain a robust prioritization framework to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. This includes ensuring that, as a part of the planning intake and triage process, proposed work can be mapped to OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). * Update and manage a unified intake process for proposed work. * Help define and utilize planning dashboards to provide visibility into incoming requests and committing plans. Dependency Management * Work with the team to establish and manage a dependency management process to ensure seamless coordination across projects and teams. * Develop a change request process to handle modifications to plans and initiatives efficiently. Collaboration and Communication * Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to ensure alignment and effective planning. * Work closely with Portfolio Management + Operations team to communicate on plans and progress in appropriate business rhythms. Process Improvement * Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Stay up to date with industry best practices and integrate relevant practices into our processes. Skills & Qualifications * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. * Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Keen attention to detail * Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, dependency management, and change management. * Proven experience in implementing and managing planning processes, prioritization frameworks, and performance tracking. * Proficiency in project management and reporting tools like Azure DevOps/JIRA, Asana, Microsoft Project, Planner and Loop, PowerBI/Tableau, etc. Education/Experience * Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. * PMI or PMP certification p To view the
