DescriptionProgram Manager, Business Intelligence - W2 Contract • Location: Remote • Number of openings: 1 • Estimated start date: ASAP • Estimated end date: 10/31/22 (intent is to extend) • Daily schedule and OT estimate: 40 hrs/wk, some OT possible Job Description: - Build & Maintain, Create Power BI Reports (50% of the Workload) – need knowledge of DAX language to create business metrics - Data analysis (Extract Insights from Multiple Dashboards) – prepare data insights from structured data - Project management ( Prioritize Tasks, Communicate with multiple stakeholders for Data in various teams) - Data modelling and database structures knowledge - Create Monthly Business Reports for the Leadership team - Excel Expert (lookups, Index Match, VBA) Candidate Requirements (continued) *Top 3 must-have hard skills *Level of experience with each (years) *Stack-ranked by importance *Creating and maintaining amazing reports in Power BI for end-users (5+ years) *Must have previous experience with Service Backend databases as well as backend databases.
