ManpowerGroup Program Manager Non Tech 2 in Redmond, Washington

Our client, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 2 to join their team. The purpose of this team is supporting customer engagement – This team manages the executive briefing center and various centers specifically built for facilitating meetings with executives. This role will contribute to the program management and team coordination involved in opening a new campus in Redmond. This role will look after everything on behalf of the sponsor to glue all teams together and keep track of overall organization and collaborative efforts, provide feedback, and lean in where needed.

Job Title: Program Manager Non Tech 2

Location: Onsite: Redmond, WA - Currently 2 days/week until Spring of 2025 (likely March) when the role will transition to onsite 5 days/wee

Pay Range: $40/hr - $45/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as primary onsite point of contact for all operational aspects within the Experience Center; serving as a liaison between the team, supplier teams, and a broad group of stakeholders, partners and suppliers.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, contractors, and local businesses.

• Develop and implement pre-opening hospitality strategies, policies, and procedures.

• Direct and prioritize resources to ensure delivery of highest-quality customer experiences, including partnering with EC Site leader and other key stakeholders in the landing of new initiatives, industry demos, systems, and processes.

• Lead local EC “CODE” (Content, Operations, Delivery, Execution) Meetings to ensure all programs are aligned on any upcoming projects or installations and serve as primary point person on needs/escalations.

Top Skills Required + Years of Experience:

  1. Minimum 3 years experience with managing large programs

  2. Minimum 3 years experience working with external teams and executives.

  3. Minimum 3 years experience with managing multiple project timelines with high organization.

• Degrees or certifications required: A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or a similar or related field is required to be eligible for this role.

• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain a variety of experiences related to this role. Previous experience in a variety of fields like event planning, program management, hotels, etc. would be nice to see as they would display a candidate with various skills. Previous experience with various Microsoft products including CoPilot would be nice to see.
