Kforce has a client in Redmond, WA seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 1.Roles and Responsibilities:Supplier Relationships Manager:
SSPA Credentialing and managing statuses
Supplier set up & reactivation
Procure to Pay Rhythm of business:
Expense Management: Obtaining PO owner approvals for invoice pay out studio wide; Excludes PO's and reporting; Licensing payment submission (outbound) S Royalty payment submission (inbound)
Open PO Reconciliation: Following up on open line items; Obtain tracking information
Reporting:
Improve the Operational review reporting (Studio Open PO Report); Having a view that compares last month to current month that flags major changes (over/under) - easily identify if there are any issues that need to be addressed
Accruals: Creating and automating reports that focus on past due invoice milestones - excludes Allegis
Creating Metrics/KPI's (How many opened/closed)
Degrees or Certifications - N/A
2 years of experience required
Supplier Relationships Manager and Procure to Pay Rhythm of business experience
Expense Management experience
Reporting/accrual experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
