As a Program Manager, Global Payout Solutions, you own the stakeholder relationship, investment health, and business strategy on behalf of Global Payout Solutions. You will own relationships with various Business, Operations and Engineering groups to understand existing processes and systems, while driving improvements to the same. This role is accountable for ensuring successful investment launches and governance management, as well as driving evolution and influencing change through data-driven conversations to assist the Capability teams in optimization and automation. As an influencer, you drive change in other organizations, instrument processes and ensure quality in design. You will leverage outstanding communication to customize your message to many layers in a large corporation and be comfortable delivering difficult messages when required.
A deep passion for developing relationships and high-quality engagement, excellence in data, business process design, and planning and execution, along with a love for the challenge of solving big, bold problems will be invaluable. Responsibilities
Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and effective working relationships with key stakeholders; Facilitate proactive planning, agreement on cross group delivery plan of record, smooth communication and risk/issue tracking and resolution.
Identify requirements for program change from policy stakeholders, assess feasibility to deliver, capture and document technical requirements for calculations and payments, and create a working Plan of Record/roadmap items for enhancements/changes, drive change control, proactively identify and manage risks and issues, focus on escalation management/future mitigation, triage, cross group coordination and milestone management.
Holds deep insights into program performance and program execution health. Leverages these insights to address gaps and opportunities with the goal to deliver greater program performance and utilization rate by partners.
Subject matter specialist for all aspects of operations for your portfolio. Understand the end-to-end flow, how the business rules are executed and ensuring compliance is the top priority.
Works with capability manager peers to ensure integrity of the end-to-end process and ability to deliver programmatic goals through operational processes.
Design, store, and utilize relevant data as it pertains to your portfolio.
Translate business and operational strategies into actionable process improvement efforts with defined outcomes.
Works with business, capability and engineering teams to define, instrument and execute upon process measures and metrics that tie to LOB and Corp KPI’s

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience
OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 5+ years process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics)
OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field AND 3+ process management, process execution, process optimization, or related experience (e.g., data analytics)
OR equivalent experience.
Lean, Business Process Management Professional, Change Management (e.g., Prosci), Six Sigma, and/or Agile certifications.
Experience in an Operations or a Sales Incentives operational environment.
Proven ability to establish trust quickly and create win-win situations.
Have a deep understanding of Microsoft's business, product, and technical strategies, and proven cross-group program/project leadership and management skills.
Strategic and tactical business skills, as well as effective communication along with the desire and ability to communicate with business leaders through all levels of the organization.
Comfortable working with ambiguity and adept at using data to influence business decision making.
Demonstrated ability to implement change, as well as problem solving, planning, organizing and coordinating, cross-group collaboration, and influencing without authority skills.
Microsoft Office, including Excel (advanced preferred) and PowerPoint with the ability to prepare and deliver leadership presentations.
Process Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $75,100 - $148,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $98,800 - $163,300 per year.
