Job Description:

Role: Program/Sr Project Mgr Client: Software Location: Remote - PST hrs Duration: 18mo Top Skills Required 1. Minimum 5-10 years experience with Azure skills 2. Minimum 6+ years experience with DevOps 3. Minimum 7 years experience with technical program management experience Key projects - Theres security driven initiatives, AI driven initiatives, and assisting the Engineering Excellence teams work item backlog management and oversight. * Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm - 25% meetings,50% sprint events,25% adhoc * Ability to provide technical program manager leadership on engineering programs from inception to implementation, often across multiple quarters or years, in partnership with a product manager, an engineering lead/team, and across a variety of internal and external stakeholders * Ability to identify and manage all dependencies across features * Action and results oriented self-starter with the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete information * Ability to interface across groups on both business and technical matters * Ability to apply data driven insights and develop KPIs to measure program effectiveness, and communicate to decision makers in regular forums * Ability to evaluate requirements, perform gap assessments and develop achievable execution and/or remediation plans * Develops and executes against comprehensive delivery plans by working across groups to prioritize deliverables, manage risks, react quickly to challenges, report regular status, evaluate deliverable completion, define quality success criteria, and ability to iterate on product development * Executes tactically and strategically * Creates process, and procedure documentation * Manages Azure DevOps process adherence * Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements to management, control owners, and app/service/environment owners and teams * Proven track record of leading a team of engineers in the delivery of a large and complex solution with cross-team dependencies * Proven track record of achieving success through teamwork, collaboration, leading and influencing without authority, resolving conflict, and measuring results * Proven track record using the scrum project management framework * Proven track record in an Azure Cloud environment * Proven track record in an Azure DevOps environment
