We are looking for a seasoned, results-driven, energetic, and hands-on Program Manager to help articulate the market opportunity and value proposition, define our strategy, and drive our investments with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities, own the vision, strategy and planning and execution of the product life cycle for programs with internal and external partners

  • Drive E2E programs in partnership with internal and external partners.

  • Understand the business requirements and translate then into functional specifications

  • Drive the business results through a focus on objectives and key results, providing clarity to the engineering team and ensuring delivery of high-quality results

  • Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders across engineering, partner and ecosystem teams.

Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a product manager, technical program manager, software engineer or equivalent role.

  • Strong Written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience working with external partners and customers

  • Leverage data and analytical skills to narrow down opportunities or find solutions.

  • Desire to work collaboratively.

  • Able to self-start with minimal information

  • Proficient with defining clarity from ambiguity

Preferred qualifications:

  • A proven record of accomplishment

  • Great curiosity and willingness to question and learn.

  • Business acumen and industry knowledge

  • A passion for fostering an inclusive environment and having fun at work.

  • Ability to evangelize features and capabilities with customers for adoption.

A BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering or Equivalent experience.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings:
