Responsibilities

The Office 365 Information Protection team is looking for a strong, motivated, independent and energetic Senior PM to drive the next wave of security innovation in our service. You’ll not only contribute daily towards enhancing one of the largest Cloud services in the world, you will also be exposed to advanced protection, filtering and reporting technologies that back our core value offerings around anti-malware, anti-phishing and anti-spam. There are key innovations happening in this space that combine machine learning back security intelligence, rich experiences for admins, end users and analysts, and strong protection technologies like detonation/sandboxing based detection schemes. In this role, you will combine strong technical depth with a keen customer focus. You will channel customer engagement to define core customer value, ensure our growth and adoption targets are met, and help bring feedback back to the team to drive further refinement and innovation.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced PM with a strong track record of shipping services and a proven ability to take a growth-mindset towards customer, partner and engineering engagement with the goal of hitting our business and engineering objectives.

Qualifications

Qualifications include the following:

  • 2+ years of experience in Program management

  • Experience in shipping multiple services

· Strong technical problem solving skills

  • Passionate customer advocate.

· Relentless drive for results

· Excellent written & oral communication and project management skills

· D egree in Computer Science or equivalent
