Aston Carter Program Coordinator in Redmond, Washington


This individual will work internally across lines of business and product teams, while also partnering with external agencies, to deliver best-in-class work across owned social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok and more.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and will be responsible for providing key support for Social Media platforms.


• Provide administrative support for team operations (i.e. facilitating leadership approvals for content)  

• Daily Publishing for all organic social media posts

• Respond to requests from internal departments, including creating and routing content and scheduling posts 

• Support communication and social amplification for stakeholder requests 

• Maintain social media standards (i.e. accessibility)

• Support the creation of campaign documents and social copy

What you bring:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media 

• 1-2 years of copy writing experience is a plus

• Familiarity social media management platforms, Sprinklr experience preferred

• Adobe photoshop experience is a plus

• Excellent verbal & written communication – ability to think on your feet

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet very tight deadlines.

• Can demonstrate understanding of brands and branding, brand strategy and consumer knowledge/insights. Uses this understanding to inform daily work.

• Must be available Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm PST 

Typical Day in the Role:

• This person will be responsible for the daily handling of our editorial calendar including adding placeholders, tagging content, assuring we have a proper balance of content going out, keep an eye across all content workstreams, working with channel manager and agency to get everything properly uploaded, etc. as well as publishing, weekly content updates, platform and channel audits/access management, and ad hoc support. 60% will be dedicated to calendar management, 15% publishing, 15% platform audits, updates, and access management, 10% additional support.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Years of Experience Required – 1-2 years of experience in the social media space.
