Program Coordinator 5 Typical Day in the Role * Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is that this person is supporting, which is cutting edge infrastructure to power the future of AI. * Key projects: This role will contribute to the support of the VP. They will be positioned as the business manager for this team, accountable for driving efficient operations in line with organizational priorities. This role will contribute to doing PO purchase orders compliance, orchestrate mentoring events. Ensuring compliance with Po guidelines, following up on spend allocations and reporting on that information. A huge chunk of what theyre doing is financial tracking. Ensuring that vendors are extended. Financial forecasts and actuals are managed PO health, like following up with people. If theyre not paying their POS in a timely manner. * Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of 33% working on purchase orders and forecasts, making sure they understand the financial forecast, making sure that data and systems matches what people are saying. 33% special projects. Another 33% is a range of attending meetings, troubleshooting kind of random stuff. MSFT experience is nice, but not required Disqualifiers: Candidates with no financial understanding will not be eligible for the role. Candidates who do not understand how to problem solve through assessment and proactive action. Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain a sharp personality quick to understand concepts, a good communicator and able to be detail oriented and speak at a higher level, very strong organizational skills. Fluent in financial and tech language. Experience in a Business Ops role in the tech sector. Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on Quality of work and responsiveness. The ability to work independently in ambiguous circumstances with a high degree of trust. Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience 1. Minimum 5 years experience with financial literacy, Budgeting information, and technical fluency. 2. Minimum 5 years experience with MS Office programs and management tools 3. Minimum 5 years experience with with proven communication orchestration skills.
