We are looking for a Program Assistant to support operations within our client’s Legal Department in Redmond. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, this position will primarily work to execute the collection, verification, and entry of data to help the department reach its goals and meet deliverables. This role requires a high level of detail, discretion, and confidentiality, and may interface with State and Federal agencies and law enforcement.

Due to the security clearance requirements of this position, applicants must be U.S. citizens to be considered. This role is seated with our client in Redmond and is not a remote position.

This role has a salary range of 45k-50k DOE + benefits.

Responsibilities Include

  • Process documents by verifying their completion and accuracy and entering their data into the database

  • Notify program users of requirements, policies, and guidelines for documentation; provide status updates to users as needed

  • Provide regular and ad-hoc program reports to management

  • Communicate with external authorities to drive process completion

  • Adhere to stringent process, procedure, and policy guidelines

  • Document existing, updated, or otherwise changing policies and procedures

  • Complete all tasks with the utmost awareness of information security and confidentiality

Required Experience and Abilities

  • Experience supporting cross-functional communications and efforts

  • Demonstrated ability to perform autonomously as well as with a team

  • Demonstrated history of delivering accurate, high quality work under strict deadlines

  • High degree of professionalism and discretion

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience with the Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience in an administrative role processing/managing confidential information

  • Experience working within the parameters of documented processes and procedure in a professional setting

Work environment and physical demands

In order to perform this role, the selected employee must be able to operate within a standard office environment, with or without reasonable accommodation. This role requires the ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, communicate with others via speech or text, and use hands or other tools to operate a computer and keyboard. Light to moderate lifting may be required. Due to the nature of our work, employees must be able to uphold the stress of traveling to client sites as well as adapt (within reason) to the conditions of client sites. Regular, predictable attendance is required, as is the ability to work outside of standard business hours as business needs dictate.
