Zetron Product Owner in Redmond, Washington

Role: As a Product Owner at Zetron you will be a strategic contributor, acting as the voice of our customers to our development teams working on legacy products. The Product Owner is a crucial component in the product development cycle, creating relationships and bridging gaps between Internal Stakeholders: Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Systems Integration, Services, Support and Senior Management to maximize product value. As a Product Owner You Will: *Aggregate and assemble product requirements provided by the Product Manager *Create and manage the Product Backlog with input from stakeholders, ensuring that it aligns with our business needs and the product roadmap *Work with Sales Engineering on technical Q&A *Collaborate with Customer Support on training *Clearly communicate the contents of the backlog to both teams of developers and to less technically proficient stakeholders *Ensure the voice of the customer is communicated to the people working on the product *Optimize the work value performed by the development teams *Attend Agile and Scrum ceremonies as requested by the Scrum Master *High level release planning *Facilitate the equipment verification process What Are We Looking For? *Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience *Sound knowledge of Scrum/Agile principles and techniques *Experience in electronic communications products and equipment *Knowledge of the 9-1-1 and NG9-1-1 industry highly desirable *Skills in market research and experience engaging with senior management *Proven leadership skills and the ability to delegate and mentor Zetron, Inc. is an equal opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
