Microsoft Corporation has the following opportunity:

Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, and facilitate product launch. Produce financial and market intelligence by querying data repositories and generating periodic reports. Devise methods for identifying data patterns and trends in available information sources. Compile data for comprehensive monetization and business strategies for existing and emerging markets. Develop an understanding of Microsoft's product portfolio to analyze strategic priorities, competitive position, gaps, and potential opportunities. Support and review business intelligence data related to product roadmaps, go-to-market, integration, and related plans to ensure effective business outcomes. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more but less than 100%/week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Requirements:

  • Education: Education: Master's or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Experience: 24 months of experience in software related product marketing, program management, and developing market strategy.
  • Specific Skills: Education or experience in Algorithms; Data Structures; SQL and/or T-SQL; Creating Strategic Roadmap and working with engineering teams; Improve customer experiences through tools and processes; Analytics and Insights generation; and Experimentation and A/B testing.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (V2473304), in Redmond, WA, is $163,131 to $193,131 per year.

 

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.?  

 

At Microsoft certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus, and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role. U.S.-based employees have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, and wellbeing benefits, among others.
