The Xbox Game Pass team is looking for a talented product marketing manager to drive the growth strategy and lead engagement marketing for Xbox Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold . The right candidate will play a critical role on the team and have the following responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities include:
Drive customer and industry research to develop engagement marketing best practices . Drive gamer research to understand top engagement marketing needs. Analyze top brands in the consumer subscriptions business, to research and develop best-in-class engagement marketing programs relevant to gaming subscriptions.
Design & execute engagement marketing programs. Partner with business planning to incubate and execute engagement marketing programs to drive member engagement and retention.
Partner with engineering to develop in-product engagement opportunities & programs. Develop market requirements documents with projected customer value and business impact, and partner with engineering to develop in-product customer engagement opportunities.
Demonstrate incremental customer value and business ROI through engagement marketing. Measure user engagement lift, retention KPIs, churn KPIs, LTV, and other key metrics for key engagement programs.
Advocate engagement marketing capabilities to Xbox leadership. Be the change agent to make engagement marketing the best-in-industry through strong execution and relentless advocacy at the leadership level.
- 3+ years in a product marketing, product management, or business planning/strategy required.
Strong insight, business judgment, and instinct for technology businesses (or other fast-evolving, competitively intense, and economically complex industries)
Outstanding collaboration and communication skills
Passion for gaming is a must; gaming and/or entertainment content industry experience
Knowledge of consumer subscriptions services or engagement marketing a huge plus.
