Leverage reports, dashboards, tabular models and analytical insights to drive business success. Apply customer and competitor insights to create business plans, explore new business opportunities, facilitate introduction of product features, and devise initiatives to grow users and engagement. Collaborate with cross functional teams to determine potential sales of Microsoft's products or services. Develop the end-to-end user experience, product roadmap, and monitor the complete product lifecycle, which may include product definition and planning through development, release, modifications, upgrades, maintenance, and product retirement. Serve as "the voice of the customer" and assess customer satisfaction and consumer trends in order to optimize the use and effectiveness of a Microsoft product or service. May design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance that would improve methods of marketing and distribution. May collaborate with cross functional teams to develop SKU strategy, pricing, promotions, packaging, product licensing, licensing programs, agreement structure/terms, deal-making constructs, and commerce strategy. Telecommuting permitted 50% or more, but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Requirements:

-Education: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources; Education; Instructional Design; Sociology; Psychology; Public Relations; or a related field.

-Experience: 12 months software-related, centralized and coordinated program/project management experience.

-Specific Skills: This position requires 12 months of experience in each of the following: Coordinating program development of computer software applications/systems/services from design through product release; Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools or policies; Content Management; Crafting and executing on an experimentation plan; Defining needed telemetry and skill processing and leveraging the data to determine future investments; and working on and delivering industry-leading User Experiences.

-Telecommuting permitted 50% or more, but less than 100% per week within same geographic location as assigned Microsoft office location.

Pay Range and Benefits Information: The offered base pay range for this specific position (EG13895254), in Redmond, WA, is $145,521 to $175,521 per year.

Microsoft has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States, which allows us to pay employees competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.
