Producer BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Producer opportunity in Redmond, WA. Position Title: Producer Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) Anticipated Start Date: ASAP Please note this is the target date and is subject to change. Expected Duration: 12 Months Job Type: Full time Contract Pay Range: $50 to $55 Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.). Requirements: Job Description: Title: Producer Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid) Duration: 12 Months Summary: The main function of a Developer (Other Specialty) is to design, develop, and implement applications using in-demand languages and technologies (e.g. - WebSphere, Informatica etc.) to support business requirements. Job Responsibilities: * Analyze highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications * Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation and analysis efforts * Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution * Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area * Be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment * Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required * 5-7 years' experience required * Development experience in needed language or technology (e.g. - WebSphere, Informatica etc.) * Hands on experience in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end * Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC Candidate Requirements * Years of Experience Required: 5-7 years of experience * Degrees or certifications required: PM or scrum certification a plus. * Disqualifiers: No experience * Best vs. Average: We do consider the ideal candidate, someone who has experience running a team via scum scrum as well as utilizing agile tech methodologies; someone who again has experience in game Dev. I think someone who has experience with live services so specifically helping manage titles that have already been released that require ongoing maintenance and monitoring both from the perspective of multiplayer games * Performance indicators (how will you measure performance: deadline and quality of work Top 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience * Minimum 5-7 years' experience with I think being able to scope elements of a project down to kind of the granular aspects of them so essentially. and you know the building out what a specific feature looks like, the components that will go into creating it and the time that we'll be required, and the dependencies required to umm, you know, actualize that feature is kind of #1. especially in terms of being able to deal with a number of different intricacies. * Minimum 5-7years' experience with being able to generate very clear, very precise. Artifacts such as decks and status reports that communicate the overall status of a project is another one. * Minimum 5-7 years' experience with Like expertise and excellence with managing uh cross discipline. meeting scheduling, which can be a pretty challenging thing as well as being able to kind of encourage and. encourage and reduce blockers that would heavily impact you know, a team's momentum
