We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to join our team, driving initiatives that enhance the security of Microsoft's Cloud Datacenters. As part of the Azure Security organization under the Microsoft CISO Office, our team is responsible for securing Microsoft’s global cloud infrastructure by implementing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, improving security-hardened devices, and ensuring compliance with the highest security requirements. In this role, you will play a key part in our Security Hardened Devices Program, focusing on safeguarding datacenter infrastructure against evolving threats. You will work closely with engineering teams, datacenter operations, and internal stakeholders to deliver robust, secure solutions that protect Microsoft's cloud assets. The ideal candidate will bring deep cybersecurity expertise, program management experience, and a strong track record in product execution, cross-company collaboration, and service delivery. Additionally, experience in shipping security-focused products and managing security programs at scale will be critical for success. Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
3+ years of experience in Cloud Datacenters
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
