We are looking for a highly motivated leader to drive the development of industry leading cross-device experiences. This will include partnering with multiple teams to consider the architectural considerations required to build features and services that will bring the next generation of cross-device experiences to anyone, on any device, at any time.

As a team leader you will also support team members’ career growth through mentoring, succession planning and working to find appropriate growth opportunities for employees.

You will further grow our team culture of agility and innovation, by pushing boundaries of what’s possible and applying the most advanced engineering and technology practices, frameworks, and tools.


We’d love to hear from you if:

  • 7+ years of software engineering experience including experience leading development teams

  • 2+ years of experience working with modern engineering practices

  • You have solid coding and debugging skills in C/C++, or Java

  • You live in a “mobile first” world

  • You have excellent communication and cross group collaboration skills

  • You've worked on products where experimentation is a key part of delivering value to customers

  • You have a demonstrated track record of designing, developing and delivering innovative user experiences

  • You love working within a team of talented engineers

  • You are agile and versatile, open to change and love fast pace work

  • You are willing to try and learn new things

  • You have BS or higher degree

  • Bonus: Have experience with Android and/or iOS development
