Microsoft Health & Life Sciences is looking for anexperienced, director-levelproduct manager to lead strategic planning across our portfolio of health data platform and AI solutions. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team focused on making a difference in the $7.5 trillion health and life sciences ecosystem. Our team leads the development of health data platforms and AI services that help health and life sciences organizations increase productivity, drive down costs, and most importantly make a positive impact on people’s lives. We are also leading the integration planning for Microsoft’s proposed acquisition of Nuance Corp, a leading provider of healthcare and enterprise AI solutions.

You will report to the head of strategy/chief of staff for our organization and collaborate daily with engineering and business leaders across our group and the rest of Microsoft to develop and execute on strategy and product plans. You will develop a team of product managers and will lead by example with hands-on work on product roadmaps, release timelines, tracking tools, and mechanisms to support the growth of our products and our business. You will also play a key role in articulating the value of our products, working with engineering leaders and other PMs to create messaging frameworks, technical and product differentiators, and sales tools – all in close collaboration with our marketing and go-to-market teams. Ideal experience includes background as a product manager or strategy/management consulting in healthcare technology.


  • 10+yearsofexperienceinproduct management or adjacent roles such as product marketing,planning, strategy, etc.

  • 6+ years of experience of managing programs within/for large, complexorganizations.

  • 6+ years of experience collaborating with engineering and marketing teams.
