Responsibilities

1) Define the long-term vision and strategy for vulnerability scanning of physical and virtual servers.

2) Translate vision/strategy into a prioritized roadmap based on deep understanding of security and competitive landscape, company needs and compliance requirements.

3) Communicate platform product strategy to internal and external partners, builds consensus

4) Partner with engineering teams to design, deliver and operate solutions for Windows and Linux ecosystems

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

  • 3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

  • 3+ years of experience within vulnerability management, vulnerability scanning tools and compliance monitoring.

  • 3+ years of experience with patch management tools and processes for deploying security updates

  • Proven track record in executing on a comprehensive vulnerability management program.

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements as these are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

o OR equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

  • In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, and cloud technologies.

  • System-level knowledge of Windows and Linux architecture.

  • 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

  • Written communication skills including experience with reports and presentations for executive audiences.

Technical Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,600 - $256,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $173,200 - $282,200 per year.
