We are a diverse team of program managers and data scientists. We are data-informed and hypothesis-driven and measure our outcomes to prove value delivered to customers. We partner closely with a talented set of engineers, designers and researchers of varying backgrounds, years of experience and specialties. Most of our team based in Redmond, Washington, though we also work with peers in Europe & Asia.

We are looking for a PM to help deliver a world-class News authoring and distribution experience for Microsoft 365 customers. We are accountable to deliver customer and business success by winning fans, building loyalty, and fostering adoption of organizational News. We focus our investments to generate customer delight through new feature value, product craftsmanship and delivery of performant, easy-to-use and reliable experiences. This role also requires deep cross-Microsoft product integrations and partnerships in order to drive our key funnels to convert newly acquired users to healthy, recurring, and delighted customers. We strive to be the market leader in corporate news creation and dissemination, building on a critical value proposition and differentiator in SharePoint while addressing unmet market needs and customer feedback in an agile, iterative and data-driven way,
We are looking for a talented program manager with a passion for building product who has deep customer obsession and the ability to forge strong cross-org partnerships to achieve common aspirations. You should have a desire to push for progress using data-driven methods with validation through experimentation. You will build product strategy and solutions that bring together user experience, data insights and system thinking to solve hard product challenges. This is a highly collaborative role with emphasis on partnership across SharePoint PM, Engineering, Design and Data Science to deliver impact together.
More than 5years experience as a PM, software engineer, designer, or equivalent industry + academic experience
Experience launching successful products and features,or a keen desire to have your first product launch successes here
The ability to lead across disciplines, collaborate, and influence your peers
The ability to empathize, listen and obsess over our customers
Both technically deep and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines within the organization, from engineers to executives
Strong analytical skills and an ability to present and communicate data trends, insights, and recommendations
Having a background in real-world application of machine learning is a plus
Insatiable curiosity, willingness to learn, mentor and be mentored as you grow in the next phase of your career
