We are seeking a Principal Product Manager - Microsoft Shopping, where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of ecommerce search for millions of users. Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs.

  • Analyze customer feedback, query logs, and market trends to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancement, delivering high-impact solutions.

  • Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform product decisions and measure success.

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, user research, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

  • Communicate product strategy, progress, and updates effectively to senior leadership, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

  • OR equivalent experience.

  • Experience in shopping or search engine products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.

  • Proven ability to innovate and introduce new features that have driven significant user adoption or revenue growth in shopping or search engines.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
